We are doing our best to check and carefully pack your order. In case there are issues with your order we kindly ask you to proceed as follows:

  • Note the reason of your complaint as well as the quantity on the invoice
  • Take a photo of any damaged goods
  • Send the invoice (and the photos) within 8 working days via fax to +43 (6217) 2020111 or by email to office(xmsAt)hansen(xmsDot)at

We will look into the matter and check your complaint as soon as possible.

If you have any questions regarding your complaint please contact us from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 12.00 on +43 (6217) 202010.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept customer comlaints within 8 days after receiving the order.
